After beginning my health journey in 2003 while awakening from an eating disorder, I began my lifelong love for studying health benefits of ingredients, and creating delicious food. I became plant based in 2015 which fully healing IBS, endometriosis, cystic acne, anxiety, chronic bladder infections and anemia. I had 2 amazing vegan pregnancies and home-births. In 2019 my little family and I left Canada for a nomadic lifestyle living in over 6 countries. During my travels I have obtained my raw dessert chef certification, holistic health shaman certification, owner of a 6+ year sound healing company, an author of two very dear cookbooks, and an online nourishment and life success coach professional recipe creator and workshop teacher. I became obsessed with nourishing women, bringing them from tired, overworked to WHOLE and then helping them arrive at the life they truly desire. It all starts with being nourished to get to the level we need to be at for success in all areas. And then being supported and treated like an absolute goddess. I have been able to sustain myself and my family while deeply helping other women and providing them with the tools that changed my life beginning in 2003. I take immense pride in the enduring consistency and success of my health and lifestyle. I am now focusing mostly on directly coaching others through their own transformations using the skills I have mastered through my journey, and the resources I have created and continue for myself and my family!
